What are the package benefits?
As an option for ease of billing, remote and FREE email support, we offer a six-hour pre-paid package at a small discounted rate on both packages (s). One of many key benefits for the packages is that the PAY-AS-YOU-GO rate(s) does NOT include remote, or email support. With this option, we will provide reduce the appointment time to 30-minute minimum visits, versus the standard 1-hour minimum.
If your computer running slower than usual, crashes unexpectedly or is otherwise unstable, you may be in need of some basic computer maintenance. Here at TechAvenue, we understand that sometimes staying up to date with the computer needs may sometimes be overwhelming, but still very important since we rely so much on the devices now in days. We want to help you stay on top of that, It’s automatically is included in our package and allows you to not have to worry about staying on top of this task because it’s monitored daily, and reviewed every month!
Wait! There are even more benefits, or our package also includes remote support: Get help fast with our Internet-based remote support. Call us, and or book an appointment and one of our friendly staff will walk you through the simple process of accessing your computer. We can quickly diagnose and fix your problems. We also provide rapid onsite service when required. We have technicians available on-demand for you to get the support you need.
What services are included in the packages?
Each package comes with 6hrs of “On-Site and Remote Support” hours, and 30mins a month used for “health checks” only. On-Site or Remote support hours will renew at the 6hrs discounted hourly rate per package once the hours are used up.
System Health Checks: All systems are being monitored daily, and once a month the systems & reports are reviewed by a technician. There will be an appointment scheduled with the client to ensure the systems are on for review. PC Users: We Will have Antivirus & Malware protection included in the packages. Mac Users: Is recommended to purchase CleanMyMac, to help insure the health checks are monitored successfully.
